I will always do my best to accommodate your requests, but I highly recommend you make a reservation in advance for any of the services. You must be 18 years or older to make an appointment for any service, (Appointments must be made for anyone under 18 by a parent or guardian).
Cash or online payment through Paypal is required to hold your reservation(s):
You may email, call or visit the Web page to schedule an appointment. I will contact you to confirm your appointment within one day. Any information you provide on our site will not be sold or disclosed to any outside party.
The time needed for the service(s) that you schedule is reserved exclusively for you.
If you need to cancel a reservation or reschedule one, we require a minimum of 4-Hours-notice for individual services and 24 hours on packages of two services or more.
A $15.00 late fee will be added to your bill if you arrive for your appointment after the 10 minute grace period. If you arrive late and I have another client scheduled after, you will only be able to receive the balance of the time allotted to you. I do not accept no shows as this is a hindrance to business.
For house calls:
I will arrive at least 15-20 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment. Late arrivals on your part will result in a shortened appointment so my next guest will not be delayed, and you will be charged for the full appointment. The cancellation policy above is applicable here as well.
You are required to fill out consultation forms for our records.
Any sexual, prejudice or unethical solicitations are not tolerated and will result in non-completion of your service and could be reported to authorities.
Health, Allergies, or Pregnancy Considerations:
When visiting or calling for your appointment, please make sure to notify me if you have any health conditions, limitations, allergies to medications or fruits, physical ailments, medications you are currently taking, or if you are pregnant. Please alert me (Shanelle Butler) immediately for any discomfort during your treatment.

Month to month commitment:
Members of the Self Care Membership (paying month by month) are required to make an upfront payment of $260, which will cover your first month massage membership and your last month massage membership. This $130 deposit can be refunded to you by your request or used towards your last month massage. This is to protect one time transactions.
Members of the Self Love and Lifestyle Membership are automatically making a long term commitment and are required to pay all monies up front or take advantage of my payment plan and are as follows:
Self Love Membership can make 2 payments, one half at the beginning of the first 6 months and the other half after the first 3 months before the 4th month begins.
Lifestyle Membership can make bi annual payments, or quarterly payments.
Monies are expected to be paid on time and any consistent lapse in payment will forfeit you your membership.
You have the advantage of freezing your membership if you have an illness or something unexpected has occurred in your life and can be frozen for a period of 6 months. During this time there will be no additional fees.
Membership Cancellation/Refund Policy:
A 14 day notice is required if you decide to cancel your Self Care Membership, any time after this you will forfeit your deposit. A month's notice is required if you decide to cancel your Self Love or Lifestyle Membership Package. If you have made payments in full but decide to cancel while your membership is ongoing you will receive a 20% refund of the balance of monies owed.
