Once upon a time,

I took the bait, too. I bought every health book out there, watched all the shows, and spent hours on the Internet researching the right foods for my body. I also went to tons of doctors to figure out what was wrong with me, had all kinds of tests done but nothing was found. Did you know what they chalked it up to?.... It's all in your head Ms. Butler.


At one time I completely stopped digesting food, I had to puke myself to relieve the food from my upper stomach (I know that sounds gross but it's the truth) and I know much more men and women who expressed the same thing to me.


Luckily I met a doctor who introduced me to the elimination diet and this is what I will be teaching you, plus much more because it doesn't just end at the elimination diet. There are still tons of personalization that needs to happen during the process of reclaiming your health and your life. To this day I am so grateful for this doctor who advised me to change what I was eating and stop seeing doctors (yes, a doctor told me to stop going to doctors about the symptoms I was experiencing because unlike many doctors, he knew that nothing detrimental was wrong with my health and all I needed to do was make some further lifestyle changes.) My life and health were taking a downward spiral and this doctor saved me!

Along the way what I discovered is that there IS no “right” food! We are all different and have unique nutritional needs.


I was looking for more than a quick fix. I wanted to make lifelong changes.
