I created this 21 Day Hormone Reset Kick-start program because I've had my fair share of struggles on this same roller coaster, and I found that the more I knew about hormones and the importance of gut health I was able to make informed decisions for myself, heal and feel better than I ever have before. I remember the days of unexplained weight gain, feeling tired and achy, along with the diagnosis of Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) which I no longer have by changing my lifestyle. My doctor assured me that PCOS is irreversible said there was nothing I could do about it but take pills and lose some weight, when in fact the hormone imbalance in itself makes you gain weight, so how could I fix one problem if I didn't get to the root of the problem. I was advised to see a specialist if I wanted to get pregnant...I have a beautiful daughter without spending thousands of dollars at another doctor's office. There is so much information on the web and around the world regarding food. It's easy to feel intimidated and defeated before you even start.

My main goal when starting The Hormone Reset Program was to get my hormones under control as I have Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS). With the array of symptoms that presents itself with this condition I had to do something as many times the anxiety, brain fog and weight gain had me very miserable. In essence I wanted to gain control of my body! The program has taught me discipline in my eating, it taught me how to listen to my body and to be more mindful on what I put into and onto my body. The food journalling aspect of this program was a tremendous help, although I wasn't able to do it all of the time. The biggest tangible changed I have noticed since the beginning of the program has been weight loss!! I've lost a couple of pounds in a short period of time without feeling starved or counting calories. My mid section and face is not as puffy anymore and being honest, although I followed the program I had a few days I had a cheat meal or two. I also started exercising and it has been ongoing since then. Bloating has always been one of my biggest challenges as it made me extra self-conscious and hard to get into clothing but since starting the program I haven't had NO BLOATING!
