What qualifies me to help you? 

I have suffered through endless PCOS symptoms, PMS, infertility, digestive issues and weight gain, just to name a few, with no explanation as to how I could live the fulfilling life I used to. The symptoms just seemed debilitating at most!! I went back to the basics and took myself on a healing journey based on the exact pillars you will learn Detox.Restore.Balance. I made meditation and journaling a daily practice, and I did this strategically, low intensity exercise, herbs and tonics to support my digestion and hormones and most importantly eliminated ultra-procseed foods and sugars from my diet. I was told from my doctor I couldn't have children unless I was prescribed pills and hooked up to machines, today I have a beautiful daughter, no PCOS, no PMS, weight that stays off and no more digestive issues. My love for health and wellness drove me to further my studies in Holistic Nutrition and Coaching so I could effectively take you on this journey to hormone freedom.

My main goal when starting The Hormone Reset Program was to get my hormones under control as I have Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS). With the array of symptoms that presents itself with this condition I had to do something as many times the anxiety, brain fog and weight gain had me very miserable. In essence I wanted to gain control of my body! The program has taught me discipline in my eating, it taught me how to listen to my body and to be more mindful on what I put into and onto my body. The food journalling aspect of this program was a tremendous help, although I wasn't able to do it all of the time. The biggest tangible changed I have noticed since the beginning of the program has been weight loss!! I've lost a couple of pounds in a short period of time without feeling starved or counting calories.
